We have partnership agreements with journals (Scopus indexed) published by university presses. The partnership stems from the journals being published by our university, our committee being editorial board of the journals, and other mutual agreements.
We have secured sufficient number of slots in partner journals to publish all accepted full papers. More slots in partner journals will be added as and when needed.
Guidelines for full paper submission to the conference proceedings OR partner journal will be informed with the notification of Abstract acceptance.
Full papers will be reviewed in the conference proceedings' OR partner journals' submission system. Decision on the full papers will be notified by the conference dates.

Registration fee covers:
Access to technical sessions, conference kits, certificate of participation, coffee breaks, and lunches.
Publishing fee for 1 full paper in the conference proceedings/book series.
Note: Article Processing Charge for publication in partner journal, if any, is not included and must be paid directly to the journal. Maximum APC of our partner journals is USD 300.
Early registration rate is for payment received by 20 June 2025.
